Registration Forms
Our site's registration form asks users to give us contact information (e.g. their name, e-mail and postal address), and demographic information (e.g. their zip code, age or travel budget). Registration on our site is optional, i.e., you do not have to register to view our site content or buy travel products from us. However, if you submit a quote request or a booking, online, you will need to give us information so that we can process your request. This information is stored on our client database.

Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. The only personal information the 'cookie' can contain is information you supply yourself. If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of our travel newsletter and email notifications of last minute specials.

Contact information from the registration form is used to mail travel documents, information about our company and to send promotional material from some of our partners to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary and for our opt-in e-travel newsletter.

Financial information that is collected (usually a credit card number) is used only when you purchase an airline ticket, cruise or vacation package from us. For example, we will have to give your credit card number to the cruise line if you purchase a cruise from us. We also ask for your travel budget, for planning purposes only.

At the present time our Credit Card Authorization form must be printed, filled out offline, and faxed to us. You can also make all your travel arrangements with us, offline, by telephone. The credit card authorization form is used only when you pay for travel purchased from us.

Our travel brochure content is provided to us and powered by Passport Online Inc,  Passport Online Inc. does not use this information for ANY reason other that to send mailings such as our travel specials "e-alerts" and our weekly travel specials newsletter. All data that you enter when you register on our site is owned by Global Village Travels. Any information you share with us is not shared with anyone, except as stated above in the section entitled 'Registration Forms.' We do not, for any reason, pass on information to anyone for advertising or marketing purposes. Your may book your travel online via one of our preferred suppliers, Travel Impressions, Pleasant Holidays®, Globus, Trafalgar Tours Sandals® & Beaches® and Superclubs® all inclusives. You will be asked for personal and credit card data to complete your reservation. These preferred suppliers will then forward your information to Global Village Travels so that we may assist you in anyway, if you so desire.

Public Forums
This site makes a guest book available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise extreme caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
